WHAT DOES 10-FREE MEAN?

Our polish is 10-free, meaning it is free from 10 of the most common toxins found in the majority of polishes on the market.

Jessie Monroe has NO formaldehyde (respiratory irritant), NO toluene (nervous system disruptor), NO dibutyl phthalate (reproductive/hormonal toxicant), NO camphor (skin/allergy irritant), NO formaldehyde resin (skin irritant), NO xylene (known allergen/possible carcinogen), NO parabens (linked to breast cancer), NO ethyl tosylamide (antibacterial/contains toluene), NO triphenyl phosphate (reproductive/developmental toxicant), and NO artificial fragrances (respiratory irritant).

WHAT IF THE POLISH COLOR I ORDERED LOOKS DIFFERENT IN PERSON?

We try our best to accurately display and represent the colors of our products. However, the actual colors you see may vary and depend on a variety of factors such as screen resolution, device, undertones and more.  (No Refund)

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Due to the nature of our product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If your purchase is damaged during transit, please contact us otherwise " NO REFUND" will be issued.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of completing your purchase via USPS. Shipping confirmations and updates are sent via email. Flat rate US shipping is $4.99 USD. We offer free US shipping on orders of $60 or more.

USPS SHOWS MY PACKAGE DELIVERED HOWEVER I HAVEN'T RECEIVED  IT, WHAT DO I DO?

Contact your mail person or USPS. Once a package leaves our warehouse a tracking # is emailed to the buyer. The buyer must follow up with USPS regarding "MISSING or STOLEN" packaging. 

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do! The buyer must cover additional cost.
